The research grant is a collaboration established between a University and a scholar with the specific aim of conducting research activities.
It has a minimum duration of twelve months and a maximum of six years. During this period, the research fellow carries out research work on the topics set out in the selection announcement, under the supervision of the designated faculty, retaining at the same time a certain degree of autonomy.
The admission pre-requisite is to hold a post-graduate degree obtained in Italy or equivalent title. Applicants can also qualify if they have a doctorate degree from a foreign university, to which they need to attach a professional curriculum that demonstrates their ability them to carry out research.
Research grants are awarded by public selection procedure.
